Every personal brand has a story—a journey filled with twists, turns, and defining moments. Mine starts in Germany, where I grew up with a love for creativity. My early career began in graphic design, but my heart always longed for something more. I didn’t just want to create beautiful designs—I wanted to tell stories through photography.
In 2016, I took a leap and pursued my dream of becoming a photographer. It was a joy to build something so close to my heart. But life had other plans. In 2019, I became a mother to my daughter, and shortly after, the world shut down due to COVID. Like so many others, I had to pause and shift my focus to caregiving and navigating an uncertain time.
When my family and I moved to Canada in 2022, I found myself starting over—again. Building a business from the start in a new country wasn’t easy, but it was a challenge I embraced with an open heart. Photography is more than a career for me; it’s my way of connecting, celebrating people’s stories, and creating something meaningful.
Every stop along the way—graphic design, motherhood, moving across the world—has shaped how I see and tell stories through my lens. It’s taught me that personal branding isn’t about perfection; it’s about authenticity, resilience, and embracing every chapter of your journey.
Your personal brand is your story, too. It’s the courage to show up as yourself and to keep going, even when the road isn’t easy.
