NATURAL COSMETIC THAT YOU HAVE AT HOME
I want to share some DIY tips with you that are really easy and effective. Try it out 1 to 2 weeks before your shoot and you will look amazing.
Wait, this is for baking! Not at all. Its great for your skin too!
Take 1 tablespoon baking powder and mix it in a small bowl with a bit of hot water. Wait until it has stopped bubbeling. Take a cotton pad, dip it into the mix and lay it under your eyes. Leave it there for a few minutes and wash your face with cold water afterwards. It’s great for eye bags and wrinkles.
Ok, this one is a bit slimy BUT it’s really helpful. Trust me! You need two egg whites that you whip until they become a stiff texture. Then you can use it to apply to your face. Don’t worry if it becomes tight after a few minutes and you can’t even smile! This is normal. Just leave it there for about 15 minutes. Now clear it with warm water and you will feel the difference already. Your skin will be smooth and your wrinkles will show less. You can improve it by mixing honey or avocado to the stiff egg white. This will clear your skin even more. And honey is calming too.
This is a good one. Coffee isn’t just good for drinking it but it’s also great for your skin … and your hair! There are some ways you can use coffee:
FOR YOUR HAIR
I recommend this for women who have darker hair because I don’t know if it may affect your haircolour too. I use it to refresh my haicolour if it becomes a bit odd. Take one cup of coffee to rinse your hair after you’ve washed it. Leave it for a few minutes and wash it off with clear water. The caffein refreshes your roots naturally.
FOR YOUR FACE
Use the coffee grounds under your eyes or on your whole face. Leave it there for about 15 minutes then wash it off. You can really feel the energy afterwards. It’s good for wrinkles and eye bags.
FOR YOUR SKIN
Mix the coffee grounds with your favourite shower gel and scrub it all over your body. It will energize your skin and will also feel really smooth.
